Frequently asked
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 12 to 24 hours, so we can raise the job and assign staff at the airport. For a flight within the next four to six hours, call the hotline and we will try to cover it.
How is the price calculated, and does it include tax?
Per passenger. Every price shown includes 10% VAT, and nothing is added at the airport. We issue an electronic invoice for companies and institutions.
How will I recognise the person meeting me?
About an hour before you land, or before the agreed time, we send you a photo of their staff card, their direct phone number and a photo of where they will be standing, over Zalo or WhatsApp.
What happens if my flight is delayed or the time changes?
We track the flight by the number you gave us and move the duty time to match, with no waiting charge.
What is the difference between A1 and A2?
Baggage and handover. A1 takes you quickly through immigration and ends at the baggage hall. A2 adds a member of staff who finds your bags, loads them onto a trolley and walks you out to the car.
